Park City Venues We Love
ST. REGIS
Perched high above Park City, The St. Regis Deer Valley is one of those venues that truly does the heavy lifting when it comes to creating an unforgettable wedding. The mountain views are spectacular in every season, but what we love most is the way the property balances the grandeur of its surroundings with a sense of refined, understated luxury. Many couples have fond winter memories at saint regis that draw them back for their weddings.
From the sweeping mountain lawn to the dramatic Mountain Terrace and elegant Astor Ballroom, the St. Regis offers an incredible variety of spaces to transform. As floral designers, we especially love the opportunity to bring the outdoors in—layering lush florals, organic textures, and seasonal details against the sophisticated alpine architecture. The result can be anything from effortlessly natural and romantic to full-scale, over-the-top luxury.
And then there’s the experience. With its signature St. Regis service, beautiful accommodations, spa, dining, and unforgettable mountain setting, the property feels like more than a wedding venue—it becomes the backdrop for an entire destination wedding weekend. Guests can arrive, settle in, and truly experience Park City without ever sacrificing the elevated feel of a luxury celebration.
For couples looking for a wedding that feels distinctly Park City, but elevated, the St. Regis Deer Valley is one of our favorites. It’s a venue that gives you the beauty of the mountains, the polish of a luxury resort, and endless creative possibilities—which, naturally, makes us very happy floral designers.
RIVER BOTTOMS RANCH
River Bottoms Ranch is one of those places that feels like it was made for a wedding. Tucked into the Heber Valley just outside of Park City, the property combines the charm of a modern farmhouse with sweeping mountain views, open fields, and an unmistakable sense of place. The white gambrel barn is beautiful on its own, but it’s the landscape surrounding it that really makes RBR feel magical.
As floral designers, we love how much opportunity there is to play with the setting. The clean, white architecture creates the perfect canvas for everything from soft, garden-inspired florals to abundant, romantic installations. Outside, the surrounding fields, mountain views, and natural landscape do so much of the work that floral design can feel lush and intentional without ever competing with the scenery.
We also love the way the property allows a wedding to unfold throughout the entire space. Guests can move from an outdoor ceremony into cocktail hour, gather beneath the beautiful timber pavilion, and eventually settle into the warmth of the great hall for dinner and dancing. The result is a celebration that feels less like a single event and more like an entire experience.
There’s something especially charming about River Bottoms Ranch because it feels elevated without feeling overly formal. It still has that unmistakable Utah sense of space, fresh air, mountains, and open sky, but every detail of the property has been thoughtfully designed. The land itself has been part of the owners’ family for generations, which gives the ranch a genuine sense of history and heart that you simply can’t manufacture.
For couples dreaming of a wedding that feels romantic, refined, and deeply connected to the Utah landscape, River Bottoms Ranch is one of our favorites. It’s the kind of venue where the setting is already extraordinary—and we get to come in and make it even more beautiful with flowers.
THE LODGE AT BLUE SKY
There is something truly special about Blue Sky. Set on 4,000 acres of open mountain landscape just outside Park City, The Lodge at Blue Sky feels less like a traditional resort and more like a private escape into the Utah wilderness. It’s secluded, expansive, and beautifully connected to the land—while still offering all of the elevated details you would expect from a luxury destination.
As floral designers, Blue Sky is one of those venues that gives us endless room to dream. The property’s natural beauty becomes part of the design itself, whether that means an intimate ceremony surrounded by mountains, a tented dinner in a high-alpine meadow, or a dramatic reception inside The Arena. The Arena, originally built as an indoor riding arena, has been transformed into an incredible event space featuring 8,000 square feet of reclaimed local barn wood—a setting that feels authentically Western without sacrificing sophistication.
We especially love that Blue Sky doesn’t feel like it is trying to compete with its surroundings. Instead, the design opportunities are about complementing them. Think meadow grasses, sprawling branches, abundant seasonal blooms, candlelight, and textural details that feel organic to the landscape. It is a place where we can lean into a more natural, garden-inspired aesthetic while still creating something incredibly elevated.
And for couples planning a destination wedding, the experience extends far beyond the wedding day. With on-property accommodations, dining, outdoor adventures, and intimate spaces like the mountaintop Yurt, Blue Sky lends itself beautifully to an entire wedding weekend rather than simply a single celebration.
For couples who want their wedding to feel adventurous, intimate, and unmistakably Utah, Blue Sky is hard to beat. It’s wild at heart, incredibly luxurious, and one of our favorite places to create something completely unique.
MONTAGE DEER VALLEY
Montage Deer Valley is one of those venues that manages to feel both grand and incredibly inviting. Perched high above Park City at 8,200 feet, the resort combines sweeping alpine views with the warmth and character of a classic mountain lodge. From soaring timber and stone interiors to cozy fireplaces and expansive outdoor spaces, every corner feels unmistakably Deer Valley.
As floral designers, we love the versatility Montage offers. The property has an impressive collection of indoor and outdoor event spaces, from the expansive Grand Lawn and Mountain Lawn to the elegant Grand Ballroom and Grand Terrace. That variety allows us to create celebrations that feel completely different from one another while still complementing the natural beauty of the property.
The Grand Lawn is particularly spectacular, with expansive views of the surrounding mountains that create an incredible backdrop for a ceremony or a statement reception. For indoor celebrations, the Grand Ballroom offers a more polished, formal setting that can be transformed with dramatic floral installations, lush tablescapes, and layers of candlelight. We love that the spaces themselves provide such a beautiful foundation for design without ever feeling like they are competing with the landscape.
But what really makes Montage special is the experience of the entire property. With ski-in/ski-out access, a world-class spa, beautiful accommodations, multiple restaurants and lounges, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventures, it lends itself perfectly to a destination wedding weekend where the celebration extends far beyond the wedding day.
For couples looking for a quintessential Deer Valley wedding with a little extra polish and luxury, Montage is hard to beat. It’s sophisticated , grand , and surrounded by the kind of mountain scenery that makes designing with flowers here especially fun.
4U RANCH
4U Ranch is one of those venues that feels quietly magical—the kind of place you discover and immediately understand why couples fall so hard for it. Tucked along the Weber River in Peoa, just outside of Park City, the property offers a rare combination of privacy, natural beauty, and thoughtful design that makes every wedding feel deeply personal.
What we love most about 4U Ranch is how connected it feels to the landscape. Ceremonies often take place beneath towering trees along the riverbank, with the sound of water moving through the background and mountain views stretching in every direction. It’s peaceful, romantic, and incredibly scenic without ever feeling overdone.
From a design perspective, the property is a dream. The expansive meadows, open sky, and natural textures invite a more organic, garden-inspired approach—think meadow grasses, airy florals, and layered, textural arrangements that feel like an extension of the environment. And then there’s the barn: a beautiful timber-frame space with soft light and clean architectural lines that acts as the perfect canvas for a more refined, elevated reception.
We also love how intentionally the space flows. Weddings at 4U Ranch naturally move from riverside ceremonies to open-air cocktails in the meadow, and then into the barn for dinner and dancing. It creates a celebration that feels immersive and relaxed, while still being incredibly polished.
For couples looking for something intimate, scenic, and effortlessly beautiful, 4U Ranch is one of our favorites. It captures that balance of rustic and refined in a way that feels authentic to Utah—and gives us the opportunity to design in a way that feels truly connected to the land.
STIEN ERIKSEN LODGE
Stein Eriksen Lodge is a Park City icon for a reason. Perched mid-mountain in Deer Valley, this legendary lodge combines classic European-inspired mountain architecture with the kind of polished luxury that has made it one of Park City’s most celebrated destinations. With sweeping alpine views, beautiful stone and timber details, and an atmosphere that feels both grand and incredibly cozy, it is quintessential Deer Valley.
As floral designers, we love Stein because it offers such a beautiful contrast between the grandeur of the lodge and the organic beauty of the mountains. The Flagstaff Mountain Deck provides a spectacular setting for ceremonies overlooking Deer Valley, while the lodge’s elegant indoor spaces give us an incredible canvas for sophisticated floral installations, lush tablescapes, and dramatic seasonal designs.
The newer Stein Ballroom is especially exciting for larger celebrations, with expansive mountain views, natural light, a glass-enclosed foyer, and two tiers of outdoor terrace space. It gives couples the ability to create a wedding that feels polished and luxurious while still keeping the mountains at the center of the experience.
What we love most about Stein, though, is that it feels like more than a wedding venue. With exceptional dining, a Forbes Five-Star spa, ski-in/ski-out access, beautiful accommodations, and plenty for guests to experience throughout the weekend, it is the perfect setting for a destination wedding that becomes an entire Park City experience.
For couples looking for a classic Deer Valley wedding with timeless mountain character and a serious dose of luxury, Stein Eriksen Lodge is a true Park City classic. It has the history, the views, the hospitality, and—most importantly for us—the perfect setting for flowers to really make a statement.
Whatever your vibe is, Park City has a venue for you. We love working with couples to find their dream venue that is perfect for their celebration wants and needs
